Mr. Carpenter is recognized for his expertise in Human Resources, Training, Communications, and Facility Operations. During a 27-year retail career with Wal-Mart, he pioneered programs specific to creating simple, relevant operational processes.
He is also recognized as an accomplished public speaker and authority on the subject of corporate culture. His broad range of experience extends to corporate benefits, profit-sharing, governmental affairs, public relations, diversity, strategic planning, policy and procedure, and as a subject matter resource for human resource litigation reviews.
As a founding member of the first charter school in the state of Arkansas, board member of the International Association for Collegiate Business Education, and long-time corporate supporter and judge with Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE), Mr. Carpenter is recognized in the academic community for his knowledge of alternative education.
As a member of the Board of Directors for Circle of Life Hospice & Palliative Care of Northwest Arkansas, and a member of the Board of Directors for the Literacy Council of Benton County, he is recognized in the non-profit community for his knowledge of Board Development and for applying business acumen to fundraising initiatives and non-profit processes.
Mr. Carpenter attends Fellowship Bible Church of Northwest Arkansas and works with a men's markeplace ministry called the Influencer's (www.influencers.org).
He also works extensively with financial institutions and Investment Advisors, helping clients with personal and business development, strategic planning, and future-state change management.
